Extremely slow startup

Each time I start XY there is an approximate 30 second delay before it appears. I remember seeing a note somewhere that if the box that told it to check networks upon opening was checked, it could take a long time, so I did not check that box. However, I can't remember where that box was so I haven't been able to go back and see if it somehow got checked. Where is it? In case it is still unchecked, what else could cause a 30-second startup delay. The only tab that's open in XY is for C:\

The standard Windows Explorer still opens immediately. I've got a 12th Gen i7-12700 CPU with 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SSD with 1TB free space. Thank you :-)

Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | [x] No network browsing on startup
In case it is still unchecked, what else could cause a 30-second startup delay
Execute this from the address bar and show the output: text get("loadtimes");

@highend - Again I must kick myself... I apparently misread the checkbox description and left it unchecked. When I checked it everything sped up :-) Thank you!
