Yes, small image is the original resolution.
The compression is unique according to IrfanView "JPEG, sRGB, quality: 92, subsampling ON (2x2)"
Error 16 happens when selecting a Tab with a folder that has that image in it
Update:
Fixed it by saving another copy with subsampling OFF, XYplorer can't handle subsampling it would seem

Cannot reproduce. Do you get this error also with the image when you download it from your post in this thread?

Fixed it!!!
Icaros 3.3.0 has JPG thumbnail caching enabled by default, I have now removed JPG from caching
Update:
Uninstalled Icaros entirely for now

Still does not explain the error. *I* would have liked to fix it. I cannot see how Icaros caching could lead to such an error.

I can reinstall Icaros 3.3.0 easily
Dam, I wasn't using the cache feature at all just the thumbnailing does it!
