Hi, According to XYplorer download page, XYplorer is installed in x64 when appropriate: https://imgur.com/a/bNPgfEp
But when you installing the latest version of XYplorer (v24.00.0600) on Windows 11 x64, it is installing itself into the x86 folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\XYplorer" (cf. https://imgur.com/a/S7pmK5k )
Why is it installing itself there ? (not only this is not logical, but it is the cumbersome to integrate other tools)
and how to solve this ?
a/ it is a x64 application being installed into the x86 dedicated folder
b/ or is it a x86 application being installed on a x64 Windows?

My Windows 11 is x64: https://imgur.com/a/qKs1UW9

There is nothing to solve.
The path under C:\Program Files (x86) is the correct path for x86 software installed on a x64 Windows.
There are no problems to integrate with other tools related to the installation path.
If you don't like the path use the portable version and install it on any path you like.

I thought it was a 64bit application from the message on the 1st screenshot I shared. Thanks for the clarification, you're correct. As it is a 32bit application, all is normal.
