Difficulty Experienced Installing GDiPlus.dll file on 98SE

I just attempted to install TrackerV3 on my Windows 98SE operating system computer. Upon installing and attempting to use the application, a dialogue box appeared, indicating that I needed to install the GdiPlus.dll file before I could use TrackerV3. As indicated on the TrackerVe site, I unzipped this file within the TrackerV3 file. After doing so I still can not open and use the TrackerV3 application. What have I done wrong?

Hello newbie, if you've done as is described in
http://www.trackerv3.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=47, I can't help you with any other ideas (I don't have Win98 myself). Maybe some other user can help...?

I have 98SE and did just as your instructions say to do and TrackerV3 opens fine here just to let you know.
Just put the gdiplus.dll right in TrackerV3 main folder then restart TrackerV3...should work. Hope that helps.
