whitespace click to mimic windows explorer

Hello,
I am new to XYPlorer. In windows, if I click , or double click on the whitespace next to a file, it is like I clicked/double clicked on the file.
Same for folders, if I double click on the whitespace next to the folder, it goes into the folder.

In XYPlorer if I double click on the whitespace next to a folder, it goes up to the parent folder.
How do I get the same behavior in XYPlorer as in default windows explorer?

I noticed that Tools->Configuration->Custom Event Actions but there does not seem to be one that mimics what windows does by default.

Just use Menu - Tools - Customize List - [x] Full Row Select?

thank you so much. I figured there was an option for it somewhere!
