Tabsets not saving

I have subscription to XYplorer version 23.70.0300. I have been using XYplorer for over 3 years.
On my Windows 11 I find that both of my panel 1 and 2 Tabsets are not saving.
I tried 2 different ways:
1) Tabsets >Save for each panel
2) File -> exit (saving).
Any suggestions?
