Why isn't RENAME in the XY context menu?

It's missing in the 64-bit menu because that would need an extra callback mechanism.
I have a question, too: Why don't you use F2 to rename?

I have better than F2 (for me anyway). I have the Rename button in my highly personalized Toolbar.
I find the Toolbar and its almost infinite possibilities for customization to be XYs best feature.
My question about Rename and its not being in the Context menu was out of interest - and you gave me the answer.
