Crash on right-click

Hi folks,
I got a little crash that I can reproduce, here's how:
1. R-Click on a file (or folder), choose cut (or copy) from the context menu.
2. Navigate to another folder.
3. R-Click somewhere in the LV...crash with this error message:
"Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set"
I'm on the latest beta.

Cannot reproduce, but then I am on Windows XP.

Ya beat me to it. Confirmed here, too. I didn't have the problem until I upgraded to the latest beta just now....unfortunately I didn't check what version I was using before.
Somewhere in the 7.10.0010 range.

Also get the same error.
On Win XP Pro SP3 with Classic theme
Have tried little more and I get the same error as soon I right click on
any white area in the list view.

This crash comes to everybody with no New Items defined... an apt punishment for not using this great feature!

Funny...seems like I recall this same basic bug happened some months ago...
so do some of them reappear every so often?
