User button drop down does not display in the correct location

User button drop down (on toolbar) does not display in the correct location - see screenshot

This is a multi screen setup - drop down displays correctly on primary screen.
Any ideas?

Standard buttons and user buttons use the same code to define the menu position. Cannot explain what you report.
