The documentation says that Clipped Items Tips "are hard-coded to an initial delay of 200 ms and vanish after 3 seconds", but they're not, they use these settings instead(which is good, BTW, please don't hardcode it, just fix the documentation)

Though the second one only kicks in after saving the settings and restarting XY (for Clippled Tip)

Also, Visible time seems to have no effect on Hover Box, it just stays there forever.

1) Yep, doc needs fixing.

2) Yep, for unknown reasons it does not accept the update. Currently no time to research.

3) True. Hm. For now I will mention in the help.

2) I found the reason: I forgot them. Fixed in next beta.
