Using v23.70.0206, or likely since you made the preview order change, MDBU fails for me on about 15% of video files, tweak("PreviewEarlyFactory", 1); or 0 resolves it for me though.
The same thing happened to me last time you made this change in v22.40.0224 too, viewtopic.php?p=193199#p193199

And it occurs, most likely, not in the XYplorer itself, but in the system. Maybe XYplorer is not quite correct in asking the system for information about video resolution?
Or, conversely, does XYplorer overflow when creating a thumbnail and processing video resolution data?

If you use the settings as in the screenshot above with PreviewEarlyFactory=2, then the error appears stably on any video.
With PreviewEarlyFactory values ​​of 0 and 1, the error appears randomly on any video, just like before.
