XYplorer mess with file explorer after i uninstall it

My File Explorer program keeps opening new windows when i double click on a folder. This problem exist when i still use XYPlorer but it didn't dissapear when i uninstall the program. i've tried to change General Folder Option to "open each folder in the same window" but that doesn't fix the problem, please help.
