Raw View =Locked File on List View Select -- Prevents other apps updating file

When "Raw View" (tab) is selected.
XY is locking the selected file (in the List View) which prevents said file from being deleted in programs such as WinRAR.
Does not occur with "Properties", "Version", "Meta", "Preview", "Tags", "Find Files", or "Report"
