Windows 11 video decoding bug(SOLVED)

In Windows 10, if the video cannot be decoded, it will be terminated and prompted.
In Windows 11, a confirmation dialog will pop up, most videos cannot be previewed, app must be killed. This also happens when MDBU on file icons and thumbnail views.

Previewing that .pdf works fine here.
Windows Explorer previews the same videos just fine?
Try a fresh XY instance...

AGAIN: Windows Explorer previews the same videos / pdfs just fine?

I uninstalled SageThumbs.exe. It's a problem with the preview program.
