Pin to Desktop - XYplorer window

In general - I whish the XYplorer window to stay always visible(pinned to the desktop), so when I use the Win+D or I press the Show Desktop button, the XYplorer window to not be hidden.
At the moment I can achieve this using an Autohotkey script. There are some drawbacks which can be seen in the video.
Adding something like "Pin to Desktop" which will keep the XYplorer window at the same position and always visible(even after restart of the PC) will be nice.
