Another Manual sort bug

If I set New tab path: Desktop (or whatever), every time I open a new tab, Desktop folder will loose its Manual sort by inheriting the sort from the previous tab.

This was tested with /fresh instance so anyone should be able to reproduce it.

Forget about New tab path, because it happens everywhere:

Manual sort is saved per tab, its not saved per location in FVS.

This is what happened to me, that word "Permanent". I forgot that it is only per tab.
