Sorry if I post here too often. I hope my nitpicking will help to make XY better.
The default click-on-white menu looks as follows:
It seems the icon for "New Folder" is excessive, since there are no other icons there (e.g. for "New Text File" or "Copy Path"). The click-on-white in Windows File Explorer doesn't have icons either.

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Good morning !
For me, I don't mind the single icon there - more icons would be better ! If each entry had an icon, then a setting to show or hide them, each user personal preference would be covered.

Re: Inconsistent look in click-on-white menu
Good afternoon, VeeGee!
Adding additional icons is another way to flatten out this inconsistency, but I would prefer to not doing so.
The reason is that it will be best to stay consistent with the file context menu. In the file context menu, which is provided by Windows itself (that is, the file context menu in Windows and in XY is the same), the icons are used for entries that are added by third-party software only.
FWIW, the same for Windows click-on-white menu.

Re: Inconsistent look in click-on-white menu
I think that particular icon was added as a crowd pleaser, just to highlight a little the common man's most used command.
I admit it looks lonely and makes the others look naked. I'll add at least one more icon to the next "New Text File" command. That should improve the overall experience a bit.
