Viewing MP3 Device's files. No in XYplorer

My Creative Zen X-Fi MP3 player. Windows File Manager shows the device when connected and also allows me to see the included folders and sub folder/files.
XYplorer shows the device as "portable media player" but fails to show any of the sub folders. States: "Location currently not available"
Any suggestion, or just forget about it?
