To put it short, I would like to translate TV3 into Polish. Is it possible?

No, there's no multi-language interface built into T4, and I don't plan to create one. The app is for advanced users and the necessary bits of common computer English should be available to the majority of them.
Also, since the program is in permanent progress, any new feature would make it necessary to consult the Polish (or whatever other language) experts. That's really not managable for me.
Thanks for your offer, though! (I assume you would do the translation.)

Pity

I hoped it would be possible to load application strings from plain text file or somehow similar.
Yes, I would make the translation.

Actually I changed my mind and I am planning multilanguage support for the future. But it won't be tomorrow.
You're welcome to do the french translation when the time has come.

Ah, you want to patch it or what? If you give me an example of what you can do with TrackerV3, I'll tell you whether I like it.

Hmm, "littlle exectutables" cannot translate human languages in the year 2005 AFAIK. What's more, most messages and many of the labels in T4 are made from constants plus variables, ordered in language-specific ways. There's no way to automatically translate this.
SO: you can run your little executable for your own pleasure but
you have no autorisation to distribute what comes out of it.
BTW: in the last days I've been bombed by French guys wanting to translate TrackerV3. What's happening?? You say "non" to English now, too?

o, i just wat the authorisation to translate and distribute ..
distribute is just to give to all who want the french pack cause people love the software in général in their own language. (for free i said and repeat. I translate case by case, phrase by phrases, i already translated with authorisation software like getright, winamp, zonealarm before, yes for free! ) if you want i can send you the patch (to validate, but i can't (not motivated) begin to translate if i don't have the authorisation

what is his name ?

You still did not tell me how you do this technically.
"French guys" is plural: they are many and their names are secret

technically i open it as source in visual C++
whit that method i DO NOT see the source the code, i just thee the box with texte, caption, buttons
i double clic on a box, i can modify the texte
when all (dll or .exe with text only) is finished i save it
for more userfriendlyness i package all with NSIS (to make one unic .exe to give)
but several translator use reshacker (NOT relation with hacker it's the same princip to modigy to translate)
