On this and other webp files I get
Such files are displayed fine in Explorer or Everything which uses the Explorer preview.

The transparency issue is fixed in the next beta. Maybe also the "Expression too complex" (although this is so weird, it rather looks like a Win11 problem).

Not sure about win11, I see it on win10
