Can't Pin to Start

It doesn't work when I right click a file and want to Pin to Start just in Windows 11. This would not happen in Windows10.

I assume you're on 64bit - "Pin to Start" can be found in the 64bit context menu.

I have already checked "Show the 64-bit context menu" and I can find "Pin to Start" in my menu, but nothing happen after I click it.

Pin to start was only working for me using Windows Explorer since Windos 10.
This is a known problem and also happens in other file managers.
