Preview Pane showing part of PDF file

The preview pane in XYplorer 22.4.0200 with both Foxit Phantom and Wondershare, PDFelement 6 Pro installed shows the cut down image.
If I make the pane screen larger by moving the increase size handle the full view switches on.

This is a known and mysterious issue that some other users have reported before. I never was able to reproduce nor to fix it. But it's on my list.
little problem with PDFxchange editor

On the (great!) advice from people here I have used PDFxchange so that when I want to see the contents of a file, I just use F11 and there it is. Fantastic. Added value to Xyplorer!
Recently this displays the file, but the image (I think the text files are ok) is only partially in a smaller part of the window.
Interestingly, if I re-size the display window (even minimally) it redraws, and the files are fully in the window and all is visible, as initially expected.
Anything I can do about this?

1) These screenshots show PDFxchange-made previews?
2) What is your screen resolution? (125%?)
3) What is your Windows version?

One more: Is that a 64-bit preview? (To verify: XY64.exe is visible in Task Manager while the preview is showing)

Um, fine, but that doesn't really answer my question.

If you untick Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Use 64-bit preview handlers for preview, does the problem persist?

No!! the problem goes away! Thank you!! Will changing this setting be detrimental in any way? Probably worth it, but I am curious.
THANK YOU!

Look at the sequence of posts above and you'll understand. (Not important anymore now anyway.)

Well, not detrimental at all if you get all the previews you want. If you tick
Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Fall back to preview handlers of the other bitness you don't lose nothing but probably even gain a little speed.
Nevertheless, there is a bug in the 64-bit PDF-preview, and I'll try to squash it...
