Add"Show info tips only when hovering file name"

Hovering info in the thumbnails view will block the thumbnail when I scroll to browsing pictures,show info tips only when hovering file name.

There is "Show info tips only when hovering file icon",I just need "Show info tips only when hovering file name",it is inconvenient to hold down the shift key...

In the current beta (v22.40.0222) just do this:
Configuration | Information | File Info Tips & Hover Box | Show file info tips | [x] When hovering the caption
