Writepv parameter to save not all but some vars.

Currently we have Writepv and Readpv, and first is limited in use as it saves All perm-vaars together. Yet all of them are loaded next time, though some may be in use only sometimes for specific scripts. Getting ability to same only specified perm-vars in file, will allow to "personalize" such saves per script and load them with Readpv only in sessions when they are needed.
