Live Filter Box Width

Now you can adjust the width of the box in a snap by hitting
Shift+Alt+wheel over the box.

And for those without a Wheel?

      In case you don't have a mouse with a wheel, you can tweak the value here:
        LiveFilterBoxWidth=200
