New and old problems

New problem with latest update:
- Move files within same disk or between disks and operation hangs at 99%, does eventually complete though.
- Try to select a number of files using the Control key in details mode and keep getting preview screens. Have tried all sorts of ways to stop it but failed.
Old problem:
After moving files a copy of Xcopy is still left in the services, have seen as many as 10 old copies still running.
Windows 10 64bit, 20H and 21H1 updated, same on both
