Show tags, comment and labels even when file info tips are disabled

Please add another option to show tags, labels and comments for exe files even if "For executables aswell" is unchecked.
In my case disabling that helped with performance but disabling it also means XY doesn't show it's tag, comment and label and I would like to see them without hurting XY's performance.
