XY: v22.10.0205 (FRESH)

Hover Box can't display CLEAR/SHARP preview of a certain type of JPEG, e.g. the JPEG image below:
The screenshot below shows how blurry the preview looks in Hover Box:

I don't have such problems with the large preview in the Hover box.
The images never get blurred.

1) No.
2)The 1st JPEG photo in the thread is the original image I get from internet.

No problem with the image from the thread above.
Looks fine in preview and in Hover box.

No problems here with that image.

Might be something a Windows reboot can fix...
