21.70.0100
Windows 10 1909 Enterprise(in company)
have the ｢Show the 64-bit context menu｣ checked

# What I have
on clicking on git-managed files, it sometimes does not show 64-bit menu
I am not 100% sure if it is git-related problem, but I have not reproduced it in any other folder

# Others
- this problem happens to files only one time(first right click)
- after that, it works totally fine
- have not tried rebooting Windows, though(will try later if needed)
- if you need any log, please let me know

Sorry for the horrible report. Will if there are any patterns.
Really hard to reproduce for now. (it simply happens for no reason sometimes
