Right-click freezes the app way too often!

I've been using XYPlorer for some years and I think it is a fantastic program... except for this one bug. And it has prevented me from buying the paid version (I've tried it from time to time, hoping this bug would be fixed, but it never did).
From time to time (but way too often), right-clicking an item something would freezes the program.
I'd love to get rid of this bug. Is it some registrary problem?
I use Windows 10 Family, 64-bit.

Either tick
Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Usability | Context Menus | [x] Hide shell extensions from shell context menu

or uninstall applications (that have a context menu entry) until you find the offending one...

Yes, there is http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
but it wasn't able to disable the extensions of "Ashampoo ZIP pro 3"...

But you could try that tool as well...

A few tips for using the Nirsoft tool ShellExView.
Download the one which is for the bitness of your OS.

Set Options / Hide all Microsoft Extensions.
Now disable the others one by one until you find the culprint.

If this doesn't help you should also try Options / Show 32-bit Shell Extensions
because XYplorer is a 32bit program.
