[Fixed] Sort order is not applied when opening in new background tab

Hi,
my default list sort order is by name. I also have a custom folder view for my "Pictures" folder, sorting them by creation date.
Now I noticed the following problem: when I'm currently in a folder with my default sort order (by name) and then open the "Pictures" folder in a new background tab, its custom "creation date sort order" is not applied. It's still sorted by name.
It's the same thing the other way around, so when I'm in my "Pictures" folder and open another (not a "Pictures" subfolder) tab that usually has the default "by name sort order", the "creation date sort order" remains.
This does not happen when opening the tabs in the foreground, then the set sort orders are properly applied.
Is there some setting I'm missing or is this a bug? I'm using the latest version 22.00.
