Type Ahead Find not support Input Method Editor?

I like Type Ahead Find very match, it's very quick.
The Live Filter Box and Quick Search will filter the list, likely only the Type Ahead Find support find while remain the list.
But, when I want to find non-ascii file names, I have to use a Input Method Editor, like Microsoft Pinyin, when this turned on, and typing, the Type Ahead Find not fired.
