Toolbar in Dark Mode

How to change the background color of Toolbar in Dark Mode?
Have explored "Highlights & Dark Mode" in Configuration and cannot find it (assuming it is there somewhere).

It's automatic. If not then you have tweaked that color.

Don - Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. The Configuration File has ToolbarBackColor=FFFFFF which is White and the color sought. But in Dark Mode still shows up Black. What is the thing to do?
