Change icon size in details view?

I found this in the configuration file:
; Tweak: icon sizes: 0 = 32x32, 1 = 48x48
But the next line is:
TouchScreenModeProps=16
Which doesn't have a value of 0 nor 1, to what config does that comment refers? Even so, changing it to 1 would make the icon in the Details view bigger?
This is solved now, it was referring to the previous line not the next.
Also, how do I make XYplorer clear the Hover Box thumbnail cache? See this pic, it is loading an older thumbnail.

AFAIK XYplorer has just one thumbnail cache, which can be cleared through Tools > Configuration > Thumbnails > Clear...

But as you can see in the image, XYplorer isn't loading the current file preview, it is using an older one (I replaced the file minutes before taking the screenshot), you can compare the icon with the preview, they don't look anything alike.

I can see the difference, but does clearing the thumbnail cache do nothing to fix it?

I haven't tried yet, I don't want to loose all the thumbnails.

No, this icon size cannot be changed. It's read from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics.
