PopupFullFavMenu not working

I'm trying to enable "PopupFullFavMenu" in the config file.
I've changed it to "PopupFullFavMenu=1", but there is no change in behavior when right clicking white space in the Tree.
Did I do something incorrectly?

Works fine here. Usually you have to restart app before you can see it.

I realize that, and I also made sure that the change wasn't overwritten when XY closed out.
Nevertheless, when I right click in the tree, I only get the Favorite Folders, not the full Favorites menu.

I just tried it here and I don't see any difference in results either...
I see the same list ("Favorites>Favorite Folders") both ways...

Yup you are right, its a bug. For some reason i tested it in the XYplorerFree instead of my paid XY and it works there.
