You should describe what you're in doing in sufficient detail right away. Why should I waste my time testing the wrong scenarios? Try to make sense, man!

In the last few months, I am seeing that XY freezes often, I spend a lot of time waiting for the blue circle indicating "wait" to disappear in order to "click" again in Windows 10 (but also Windows 7). Really boring. I suspended all Office previews and installed PDF-Viewer for PDFs because I can't do without it. I'm doing a lot of cross-testing. I think that some network paths may be slowing down XY, maybe it can't find some, but Windows Explorer in this sense doesn't give any problems ... Right now XY is becoming almost unusable for me ... I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall ... Fortunately there are very few crashes, but freezing is becoming unbearable !! Thanks if you can help me

I don't think this is caused by XY. But you can always counter-check by trying an older version:
