i have strange language problem. see the screenshot. looks like main font support only English characters. same problem in all menus.
i have Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 ver. just installed.

Windows has to be set to Russian locale to fix this.

I can confirm that it works on Windows 10 when Russian is your computer's set language.
