Copy Cut color line is not showing

Sometimes a colored line to the left of folders is not shown
Just create 5 folders and play with them through Ctrl+C Ctrl+X

Cannot reproduce. That's only with folders? Not with files?

folders or files or folders+files, View-List or View-Details, Win10 1607 14393.2068
Gif 46 seconds , 4 times without blue line :
Tried else via VirtualBox on Win7, Win10 1607, Win10 1803 - working good. Maybe my current OS have problems or some Soft, no clue

Works 100% here.
When the line is not there, the items
are copied to the clipboard?

Yes, copied
If it can not be reproduced then just forget, I can not reproduce it too on another OS
