Simple Script Not Working

Can somebody explain to me why when I put these two commands individually they work, but together they don't.

::#487

Quite simple select all items and the Calculate folder sizes

[highend]

Where, in the address bar? Commands need to be separated and :: is
not even necessary if a specific tweak isn't set

So:
::#250; #487;
or:
#250; #487;
