Custom Background color for Extra Columns or 1 pixel border

I dont use a seperate color for sorted column, and a slightly darker/lighter column color for extra columns really helps my UI
When right click edit Configure Custom column a custom background color would be sweet or an a ini tweak to specify at least one extra column ID and color would be great.
Another alternate benefical tweak could be to enable a 1 pixel border and its color for each custom column, or at least one designated one in the ini.

... it should be Explorer on steroids, not Explorer on LSD...
