Is it normal that the search results (Quick find) page ignores the option to highlight the full selected row?
I'm using "Underline the selected rows" but it works only on browsing mode but when I search for files it highlighted the selected file name column only!

Search Results have their own independent styles. Set them while Search Results are shown, here:

Tools | Customize List | Highlight Selected Rows
