Assign a script to "right click on tab" action

I know that there is an option to assign a script to "right click on white space in list" action:
It will be good to have an option to assign a script to "right click on tab" action, the same way. Thus, the user will be able to change the tab context menu to what he/she likes. For example, to remove some excessive items and/or to add some necessary ones.
