Stale Coffee [miniskin]

This is a mini skin that revives the stale coffee old cofi icon. 
Just copy the two .png images in the attached archive into the <PatchImagesPath> folder and restart.
(The ico file also works but for some reason its 24px image looks slightly blurry on the toolbar.)
