At least a cursory mention of the changed Toolbar icons would have been nice.

One can get confused between recent file operation icon and undo and redo icons
they are very similar

the two arrow would be be more expressive about the button nature (repeat copy and move operation)

Making a good set of icons is a complex art. I like your arrows in general, but a new icon must pass so many tests, I'm sorry but I don't even have the time at the moment to write it down here.

That said, I'm not really happy with that green arrow as well...
