Yes, this is a great feature. However for me it's mostly pain) I rarely use mouse wheel. I use ScrollNavigator software to scroll lists by simply right pressing and dragging and sometimes when accidentially entering tabbar my tabs start switching like mad... Can you please add an option or a tweak to disable tab scrolling with mouse?

So... Is it possible to make switching tabs with mouse wheel "tweakable"?

If that refers to switching the currently active tab by rotating the mouse wheel while the mouse cursor is over the tab bar, then this new setting does not work here. Win 8.1 x64

It turns out that it works only on the first pane and doesn't work on the second one.
