I see this has to be applied every time I open a new tab. Is there a way to make it universal?

Configuration | Colors and Styles | Styles | [✔] Apply list styles globally

That is selected. But I need the following option selected: "Remember list settings per tab". That would negate the first option.

What I need is a feature where new tabs that spawn as a result of opening a folder in a tab whose location is locked inherit the list styles of the locked tab.
