Enable tabsets to save tabs in both panes at once

Create an option to save both panes of tabs when saving a tabsets. This will enable both panes to be restored at once.
This can be achieved via scripting, if you are not up to scripting it yourself to suit your exact needs here is a link to a pre-made one (there are probably other options, if you search):
