[FIXED]Double click on tabbar sent to active tab title

Post by SammaySarkar » 14 Feb 2019 06:44

Code: Select all

Configuration | Tabs
====================
Activate left tab on closing current: [x]
                      Flexible width: [ ]
        Show X close buttons on tabs: All tabs / All tabs on hover
                        On dbl-click: Toggle locked state
                     On middle-click: Toggle locked state
                        Visual style: XYplorer Classic Style
Since "flexible tabs" is off, if I click a tab's close button, the next tab lines up nicely so that I can keep clicking in the same position to close more tabs (just like common webbrowsers.)
But with tab visual style set to XYplorer classic, the clicks seem to affect the active tab as well, even when it's not under the cursor.
So every couple clicks trigger the doubleclick action of the active tab while closing tabs. Notice the second tab in the screencap.

(On a weakly related note, Why not retitle the option from "On dbl-click" to "On double click"? There's no shortage of space there. Also "Dbl-click on empty space goes up".)

Confirmed and fixed. (Although: Why do you double-click the X-close button? Single-click is enough.)

dbl-click -> double-click ... yes, good idea! :tup:

I was not double-clicking on the same element. one click: closes one tab, another click: closes another tab on the next tab; interval between two clicks <= system doubleclick speed: XY detects a double click.
