Good! The other thing that could be mentioned (not sure of best text now) is that, via use of (dedicated) companion products (often free), one can have XY and the other features as well...ok, so not in one big package, but in a workable fashion...like how I use CoreFTP for that function...you don't need to point them totally away from XY, but you could make the suggestion that they use auxilliary products with XY...just a thought.By using other products, one also gets the best set of features, as having a tack-on FTP feature (for example) to a file manager wouldn't (I presume) have all the bells & whistles that a stand-alone one would.
