Shift+Click closes tab -- hmmm

Code: Select all

v5.80.0001 - 2007-03-08 09:00
+ Tabs: now Shift+Click on the tab header closes that (foreground or
      background) tab.
Does anybody use this? Is it any kind of standard? I'm inclined to remove it...

No, I never use it, I prefer to middle-click because it is faster. In Opera you can use both of them, in Firefox Shift+Click doesn't work (at least with my version).

Yes, I use it. Please, don't remove this possibility.
TIA

I use middle click to close tab in XYplorer, Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer & Notepad++.

Okay, I'll remove it. It's non-standard, never-documented, and even contradictory to other gestures in XY (Shift+Click opens a new tab when done on a folder!).

(sorry jjk)
